I purchased a new Curve off this guy.Plastic still on the screen was supposed to be brand new.No box no software just the phone and charger.
I met up with him put the battery in and gave him the cash.
I got home and realized the red button would not turn on the phone or end a call.I took out the battery and the ser# sticker had been removed.
OK What do I do now,I PM the guy for a refund or another phone but he reads the PM and does not respond.
I cant even take it in to get fixed because I dont know why it has no serial#
I have his phone # and I am thinking of going to the police.
Be carefull with your money,I never had any real problems buying on this forum ,but I guess I am too trusting.

Now I am out $250 and I still need a phone.
I cant sell it for what I paid as I cant rip anyone off .
