about the TrueWhite Whitening System!!!
Today, I saw there is a group deal from this company. I think I should talk about my experience with this company. Maybe is just for me. I hope so.
I bought "On The Go Whitening System" and "Advanced Plus Whitening System" on Dec. 27 2011 from living social Calgary. I redeemed my voucher at the second day, after I redeemed, the website shows it will be shipped in a couple of day. I wait for weeks, nothing come. So I redeemed again. but until now, I haven't got anything. I called the number on the website, nobody take me. I left voice message, nobody call back. and the sent email to them, same thing. nobody respond me. finally I complain on living social website on Feb. 6, 2012 because I bought from them. but still no result.
I saw there is a group deal from this company today again, So I will let people be careful this company.

I can't say the exact procedure you will have take, but it goes like this...
Contact living social and tell them the story.
IN THE END, they will most likely tell you to refuse the package, and when the supplier gets it back, they will credit you.
Problem is WHEN!... Eventually you WILL receive it, but it will take time... True White takes FOREVER!
This is what I did...
Jan 4th, I purchased from Groupon, Jan 6th I redeemed my voucher on True White website.
They claim you will receive a tracking number in 24 to 48 hours (yeah right)
Two weeks later, still nothing so I contacted Groupon and requested a refund stating that I was supposed
to receive my tracking info as stated, and I doubt they will honor my voucher.
Four days later I get a response from Groupon saying "Great news, you should be receiving it within 6-8 weeks"
I once again respond saying that I already waited 3 weeks, and I needed it within 1 more week to give as a gift,
and having to wait another 6-8 weeks serves no use to me at this time, and I therefore request a refund.
Another 2 days go by, and then I receive another email stating to "refuse the package, and once the supplier receives it back, we will issue a credit"
So let me see, I have to wait about 2 months to get it, and who knows how long after that for them to get it back, then I'll be refunded.
I contacted True White directly, saying to cancel my order, and I gave them a week to reply, but nothing.
This past Monday I contacted my credit card company, told them the story, and they did a chargeback claiming non receipt of goods.
I will still have to send the crap back when I do receive it, but at least my money has been returned.
I have to let them know if I do receive and send back the product so they can update their system.
If after another 6-8 weeks I never receive anything, My case will be closed and Groupon is out their money... At least it's not me!

I wonder how many people are facing the same situation?
I don't hear anything from them. No email, no phone call, and nothing.
I guess i have to either email redflag or call my credit card company.
Thanks for sharing your experience.

Same Issue...
I ordered this off RFD back in early Feb. I didn't get a tracking number (shocking) but I emailed them two weeks after telling them I didn't get a tracking number they responded immediately with a tracking number but let me tell you what it states:

So essentially what I'm reading is that they told USPS that they will be sending a package....but not if they actually sent it or not...I've sent them an email but haven't received anything back....hmmm not looking like too good a company.

I bought in February and received the package late March.
