ACE Baguette $0.99 @ Weston Outlet on Eastern Ave (Toronto)
I was at the Weston bread outlet on Eastern Ave today (Toronto), and they had full size ACE Baguettes for $0.99. They also had the PC Blue Menu whole wheat baguettes for the same price. These are frozen, so just need a little re-heating in the oven.
They also had Country Harvest Honey and Oat loafs at 2 for $1. as well as all the regular bread they keep at that price (Vitality, Wonder Bread, Italiano hot dog and hamburger buns)
Weight Watcher wraps (whole wheat) were also 2 for $1.
I always find they have something great at this outlet- we make a lot of sandwiches in our house!

Thanks for the post. I never knew this existed. Can you state the major intersection and/or address?
In terms of other bakery outlets, there's a great Peak Freans/Kraft outlet further north on Bermondsey/O'Connor (near Vic Park/Eglinton). Huge bags of cookies for $5 - give or take a bit.
Not a huge fan of the Dad's cookie factory on Progress...but it's there.

Sounds like a good deal.
I love baguettes and ACE is one of the better bakers out there. Some bigger chains ie Sobey's sell some Ace products.

Thanks OP, I didn't know they had the PC Blue Menu stuff there! I live 5 mins from there.

Does this mean that Weston has brought all the Ace Bakery items in-house?

This is the first time I have seen ACE there- I dont think they own it... but who knows.
There is another Weston outlet behind Ikea on the Queensway (Etobicoke) Their inventories are different though, so just because you see it at one, its not necessarily at the other.
Bear Paws are always a GREAT Price at both locations. Only $1.67 a box!

But it seems like ACE is now owned by Weston and is baked from frozen dough..
