Acton to Mississauga commute

I might be taking a new job in Mississauga and I was wondering what the commute would be like if I moved to Acton or Halton Hills. Anyone do this commute? How long would it take during rush hour?

I used to drive from Orton (about 25 minutes North of Acton) to a building by Square One everyday and it's not a fun commute. I went in for 7am, so I definitely missed some of the rush (took me just over 1 hour), but coming home (at 3:30pm) I could expect a roughly 1 1/2 - 2 hour drive. That's all presuming there isn't an accident/construction/whatever, because if those occur then there have been times when it took me 4 hours to get home - I kid you not. So for you I'd estimate around 1 hour each way.

My advice - try it one day. Sure it's a waste of gas/a couple hours but it's worth it to get an idea of how long it'll take and whether you're up for the drivers at that hour.
