hmmm...no, cant say I have (I live in Miss.). I guess the trick with these things is to give credit to the adoptee's without overpowering the street name itself, so prob err on the side of subtlety.

Adopt-a-Road signs in Mississauga / Brampton
Here in Peel region, there's an Adopt-a-Road Sponsorship Program through which certain roads are sponsored by organizations or individuals and the sponsorships contribute towards the maintenance of the roadside. In exchange, the sponsor gets their name on a couple of signs for each sponsored kilometer.
I'm wondering if any of you that travel along the orange-colored roads on the map actually notice the signs?_______________

I've never seen any. Although, there is only one section on that map I frequent. Is Brampton really double the size of Mississauga?

No. they are approx. equal size with larger Caledon to the north.
This map shows Brampton/Caledon split at Mayfield Rd.

Only one I noticed is the part of ErinMillsPkwy/Sauga road which was adopted. Then again, that's the only adopted road near Meadowvale anyways...
