I don't know of any sites, because they would probably be closed down for copyright laws quite quickly. That is why, most of the time you are downloading using P2P.
I don't know how legal downloading music is in Canada, I've heard it is legal, and I've heard it's illegal. But i would recommend using a program, either Limewire, or just use a torrent site, and a torrent program like utorrent._______________
