Advice on cloud storage

So ladies and gents, facing a small dilemma. Need to purchase some decent cloud storage but I'm undecided between at least a couple of contenders so hoping someone has some suggestions.

My requirements:
About ~300 gig storage (so pretty hefty)
iphone, android mobile support, maybe BB
Streaming is a must
Good windows client with explorer shell extensions to sync any folders
Preferably few file size limitations
Encryption and designated folder sharing

Right now sygarsync is the only thing that comes close to meeting all of the above but it's fairly expensive for the amount of storage I'm after. Skydrive comes second but I lose android/BB support plus there's no shell extension on their client (though I do gain some doc sharing). Skydrive is substantially cheaper though per year.

GDrive I think is more of the same.

Any other suggestions?

Also anything with linux support would be great but none of the above seem to offer it.

You can get some storage from amazon AWS and make something that is specifically tuned to your needs.

What about setting up a personal cloud with a Pogoplug?

Your best bet is to use Rackspace cloud files if you really want it offsite. I believe it would be around 0.10 a gig.

If this is just for personal use and your upstream internet is fast enough, I would set up Subsonic at home.

I've been using google drive since the service started. I like it more than dropbox and skydrive in terms of layout and functionality. They all essentially do the same basic job with different bells and whistles. The data is encrypted to and from google servers but protected only by your google login/pass. 3rd party encryption software could be used but I imagine it would be cumbersome since the system works by uploading/download incremental data to save bandwidth. 400gb is $20/month. It's a free service up to 5gb so try it out for yourself. Good luck.
