Here's the story:
November 4th I call Rogers and order Express internet and home phone for 1 year. On the web I previously noticed a promo for a free $200 gift card for "The shopping Channel" if I signed up for express or better internet. I mentioned this and after some confused CSR's, I was given the choice of either -$10 per month or the gift card. I chose the gift card because A: $10 off for 12 months is $120, gift card is $200. B: I'd get more use out of the card. I was quoted 4-6 weeks for the card and I was hopeful I may get it to use for X-mas gift for the wife, This didn't happen and after 4 calls to date and promises promises I have no card and no hope to get one at all.
2 weeks ago I called Rogers and explained the situation, my understandable frustration at the runaround and lack of help by anyone. CSR told me that It was basically lost and they'd have to re-issue a new card. She said to call back after 2 weeks with no card to see whats up.
To make a dragging story short, the CSR today said NOTHING has happened in terms of searching, re-issuing ANYTHING with the card. As far as she's concerned I start my 4-6 week wait today Again....
I'm to call back tomorrow with some info so they can confirm it wasn't already redeemed (by Me??!) and to re-issue AGAIN.
This to me is unacceptable, basically everyone's been feeding me bullsh-t for months and I have to wait another 2 months to see if they F-ed me again. Is there any thoughts as a way to escalate this and speak to someone who has any sense? I'm pretty frustrated and ready to lose it on the next CSR, which won't help anything.

well, your luck can only depend on whether if FedEx will be delivering it or not. why cant u tell them to send it to you like a regular mail? screw fedex..
