Advice motherboard for i5 7500

Looking for motherboard for my 7500. This PC will be used for browsing, light gaming. These are additional specs for the PC.
- Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR4 2400
- CORSAIR CX450
- Crucial MX300 750GB
My main requirement is USB3 front header and price. Please suggest and comment.

MSI B250M Mortar or the Gigabyte B250M-D3H if you have PCI card. I have both, mine is MSI and my wife Gigabyte. I don't overclock and both of us are using Intel graphics. Wife has the G4560 and I have 6600K. I only play fifa 2015 and Civilization 4, HD530 works fine for me.

Make sure you put the CPU in before you install the board into your case. Want to avoid those bent pins

I suggest you get the Gigabyte B250M-D3H

If you don't need HDMI: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01N9OZI64/
If you do: http://www.vuugo.com/msi-motherboards-B ... 8053939762

Gigabyte make good stuff, but I tend not to buy them if there's another good option since they don't have a Canadian RMA depot. This means that if you need warranty service, you're going to be mailing the board to the US. MSI and Asus both have Canadian RMA.

+1, sent an Asus board for rma on a Thursday via Canada Post Expedited, received new board next Friday via Fedex Express from Asus, totally turn around time is 9 days including date sent and weekends. Following birthdaymonkey's advise from now on, only Asus or MSI board until Gigabyte has a depot in Canada. I do like Gigabyte a lot though. Bought the MSI B250M mortar in between for $105 + tax (CC weekly deal) and sold the Asus B250 Plus when it came back. I like the Mortar since it has intel lan and a better sound chip.

Is there any difference with this? I noticed the model# is different with H (B250M PRO-VDH vs B250M PRO-VD).

I plan to get this one.
The Pro VD model you see on Amazon is lacking HDMI, VDH has it. Otherwise, I think they're pretty similar.

You are correct, looking at the picture, there is no HDMI port. I have DVI/HDMI adapter, does it work with the non HDMI MB?

Do you need sound over HDMI, or a 4K monitor you're hoping to drive? If not, the adapter should be fine. Even sound works in some cases, but it's not a sure bet.
