Prize: There is one (1) grand prize, which includes 50,000 Aeroplan Miles that can be used
towards a flight redemption to Memphis, TN; a choice of either VIP passes for two (2) to the
Memphis in May Beale Street Music Festival (passes shall be used from May 4th to May 6th,
2012) or the Memphis in May® World Championship BBQ (passes shall be used from May 17th to May 19th, 2012) competition; two (2) Graceland Museum®
Passes; two (2) Sun Studio Passes; two (2) passes Stax Museum Passes; two (2) Memphis Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum Passes;
two (2) National Civil Rights Museum; two (2) Pink Place Passes; two (2) Dixon Garden &
Galleries Passes; and two (2) passes for the Memphis Zoo® (the "Grand Prize"). All passes shall be used by December 31st
, 2012. Aeroplan reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the prizes for prizes of approximately equal or greater retail value, at
any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, by way of cash award.
The approximate value of the Grand Prize excluding the Aeroplan Miles is $880.
