Air Canada Elite 35K Status

Air Canada Elite 35K Status - $250 OBO?

I reached 75K status on Air Canada this year, so I am eligible to gift Elite 35K status to someone else. Since my spouse travels with me on vacay, I would prefer to get money given my BF / Boxing Day outflows attributable to my RFD obsession.

I have only seen this posted once on RFD, so not sure true benchmark for value - listed below are the benefits for 35K, which are pretty good (especially for domestic traveller/standard fare).

The E35K status is good until February 29, 2020 (14 months)
[Choose this Select Privilege and award Altitude Elite 35K status to a friend, valid through February 29, 2020.]

-20 eUpgrade credits (to upgrade to Premium Economy / Business class)
-Priority Boarding
-Priority Check-in
-Complimentary checked bags and sports equipment (this is probably key for standard fares)
-Unlimited access to Maple Leaf Lounges across Canada, New York and LA (domestic/transborder)
-35% increase in Aeroplan points (Altitude Bonus)
-Maple Leaf One-Time Guest Lounge Passes (2)
-Star Alliance Silver Status

A site link here shows that it costs $499 to buy 25K status and $479 to upgrade to 35K status. ... da-status/

Business class upgrades typically range from $200 to $600.

Given amount of air travel I do, I probably will get this next year too so the person buying this from me gets first dibs on next year's as well!

I think you must post an actual asking price per forum rules - I have seen these posted here before as well so definitely some value.
