Can anyone advise on whether an upgrade to rouge premium is worth it? it's about $260 per seat to do the upgrade.

Or if we upgrade to rouge plus, which seats are best?

We flew Rouge YYZ to DUB last May and were fine on Rouge Plus. We sat in the front row (12 H K) on the way there and had no issues sleeping, 14 H K on the way back and comfortable. Happy to be served food before they ran out of selection towards the back. I'm 5'8", hubby is 6', both slim (so not sure if overweight individuals would be as comfortable).

Just go with rouge plus if you're looking for more leg room... As for which seats, choose the front section.

Flew rouge to the Bahamas from Toronto. Only thing that annoyed me was their entertainment system was only available via smart devices which i didn't find out until I got on the plane. Had to scramble to download the app onto my phone before takeoff.

Hi All,

I'm about to book an 8.5hr duration flight on rouge and I've read the bad reviews on seat pitch being very tight. The rouge flight I would be booking is a Boeing 767-300 (763) plane and according to their site the seat pitch is 30 inches in economy. So I'm just trying to get a sense of how cramped it would be.

I was recently on a flight via Sunwing Airline and on my booking it says aircraft is 737-800. Based on what I can find, the 737-800 pitch is between 30-34 but I can't find an exact number? Can anyone help me confirm or compare? If it's the same pitch then at least I have a point of comparison since I was just recently on that sunwing flight.

BTW I am flying with 2 kids, a 4yr old and an infant (who will be on my lap!)

Thanks

Please, look here and try to identify airplane from
model options in left top side.
There is a search by flight number -- works well for future flights,
no idea if it works on past trips.

AC Rouge has two slightly different Boeing 767-300 (763).
One of them is this one:

I am tall person -- was OK 7 hours in this Boeing 767

I am not too sure. Didn't see anyone take a laptop out. But I suspect it should work since it was basically a browser based thing. It required you to connect to their inflight wifi first.

Yes, just connect to their wifi network onboard and it will work in your browser.

Don't the 767's have power outlets atleast? Im sure the AIrbuses suck but I think 767 might be acceptable.

Incorrect. It can work (as well as it is going to) via the browser on a PC or Android tablet.
