I checked out foodland today to get a sense of prices. They didn't have some stuff. Here is what I found. I only pulled the trigger on the coffee mate. Probably should have done more, but am tired.

Nestle Coffee-mate, 473 mL. $3.99 each. Currently on sale for $2.99 with 20 bonus miles when you buy 2. (coupons stack, so 35 air miles)
Maple Lodge Chicken Bacon $4.49
Cadbury Chocolate Bars $3
Maxwell House pods $9.29
Tassimo Discs $9.69

we have 3 cards in our family so I guess the best strategy would be finishing (7 offers) one after another and not spreading out evenly right? Because 14 offers will give you 4K while spreading them out will get you 3K max

I guess my plan so far is
95 Sobey redeem for 3 cadbury (~$10) = Bonus 25 + 20
95 Foodland redeem for 3 cadbury (~10) = Bonus 25 + 20
Sobey Tortillas = Bonus 10
Shell gas + GC = Bonus 10
Shell gas + GC = Bonus 10

Total cost = ~$110 + 190 Airmiles. Compensation = 2000 + 120 Airmiles ($223 Value) + Tortillas + 6 Chocolate Bars + Gas (~35-40L) + $50 in GC

Pretty good deal. Might do three online if I really want. But value isn't really there (Spend Min $60 [20 each place]) and get $15 back in airmiles points).
Gift cards are excluded from the Shell offer, you need to buy something else, no tobacco either :)

So I clicked the HBC coupon link, and linked up my HBC card # with my Air Miles #, and got this message/email response:

"Thank you for your request to automatically redeem your Hudson's Bay Rewards points for AIR MILES® Reward Miles every week.
The total balance of your Hudson's Bay Rewards points (those which are currently in your account) along with any points earned from this date going forward will automatically be redeemed for AIR MILES® Reward Miles at a rate of 40 points for 1 AIR MILES® Reward Mile. You simply continue to use your existing Hudson's Bay Rewards Card."

I assume this fulfills the "auto-convert your Hudson's Bay Rewards points to Miles.*" requirement? The wording is slightly different, but the result sounds the same. Thoughts anyone?
We all know how it works with AM's, nothing is a sure thing until those 10 AM's are posted on our accounts for this registration. I didn't even get this message as I had to sign up for a brand new HBC card and included my AM's no.

Nice! It did say Shell gift cards instead of all GC's when I read the fine print again. Going to try that.

I got all 6 Liquor Mart offers, coupons went thru fine. Total was about $164 w/ tax. Think most of these are going to be xmas presents though... except for the beer of course ;)

7th offer is probably going to be the Sobeys $100/100AM, I can do that one next week since this week is my last PC Plus online order for 10k Plus points.

well my first attempt was a bust. LCBO I went to sold out the bottle I wanted. So I went to shell and spent $50 on gas, gave the coupon and the attendant has no clue how to put it in since it wasn't scanned. He told me to comeback later and after he checked with head office, he will enter it for me. So I paid the bill and it was only $48.73 (?). They have discounted $0.03/l promotion and I didn't even know. So at the end, enter the coupon or not, my purchase was not qualified :(. I will go for the other offers and just forget about Shell
Quickly grab a chocolate bar to make it over $50. Cashier can enter the coupon codes.

Nationwide offers are now in the main posting. I'm going to take a break and work on Gift Card offers tonight and will add individual province offers sometime tomorrow.

Offers are listed in order of when it ends first and then alphabetically for the Nov 14 to Dec 14 offers.

Note: A few of the offers end Dec 13, not Dec 14. Please make a note of them, if you're planning on using those ones.

I was at Sobeys last night trying to figure this out. The customer service guy really helpful but he didn't know either. Tried the pre-packaged sliced meat and the little packs of ham and no go. The manager said it was meat from the deli counter where they slice it up for you. The counter was closed by then so don't know for sure.

This is only 5 offers which gives 1,000 miles. You need 7 for 2,000 miles
