I literally get my bonus miles less than 50% of the time. I keep a file on my computer to remember them because you cant claim missing miles for like 120 days. Airmiles is a joke.

I do this too. I've received all them during the past year, so I feel things have improved. It is annoying having to wait 90-120 days for them sometimes though.

I've had a few instances in the past where you don't get the air miles. Part of it is because sometimes places like Amazon don't actually bill you until it ships and that can put you over the date threshold. I also wonder if sometimes when your order gets split, you're only partly billed and that could be below the $ denomination needed.

This is another one of the many reasons I prefer ebates over AM.

I do the same. It’s really annoying and I’m wondering if it’s worth the hassle.

I'd go ebates. The cost / airmiles is about the same. At least you get it back in cash vs, forced to buy junk and get screwed with their lame and ever changing airmiles policies.

eBates doesn't give you $5 when you spend $20....

For sure, eBates and GCR are generally the better ways to go, but there are some great Air Miles promotions. Just sucks that you have to track your points to make sure you actually get them...

Mine got credited Oct 31st. You usually have to wait up to 75 days for their bonuses. They hectic part is to jot down and remember to get back to it.
