Anyone know when the A3 is rumoured to be released?

Saw a few articles of it suppose to be release mid-late May....but I think those rumours might had been for the K20 instead.

Not sure how you are getting $200 more?
It's $437 USD or $587 CDN after tax and shipping from Ali Express and $835 CDN after tax from Amazon shipped to Ontario (closer to $250 more for Ontario residents, albeit only $188 more for Alberta residents).

The black version shows as $608 and that doesn't include the possible fees you could get charged when it arrives.

I am in Alberta, so the question is still valid, how is it $200 more? If the import arrives with no additional charges the difference is $168. The benefits from Amazon are free, fast Prime shipping and no questions asked 30-day return.

The red magic 3 looks really good and it's around $680cad after conversion. Pay with PayPal as well and shipped in NA with 2 or 3 days delivery time.

Benefits is its stock android, snapdragon 855, 128gb, 8gb ram, active cooling fan, and looks pretty cool.

Definitely worth considering when/if Gcam gets ported

Gcam paired with the imx586 is amazing

Interesting.

Should one be concerned that in the specs it's listed as "Operating System: Android 9.0 Oreo"?

That's definitely just an error. The RM3 is made by Nubia which is a subsidiary of ZTE

They are like the 4th largest cell phone manufacturer in the world

I posted mrwhosetheboss' review in cell phone chat. He is always one of my go to guys for phone reviews. He says it is a great phone and is blown away that they got all that phone into the price point it is at

The best part is it has 2 touchpads along the side that work like triggers that you can map to any spot on the screen in your game

Agreed, makes sense. Mi 9 Global Version adds Band 12, while Mi 9 Chinese Version with Global ROM adds both Bands 12 and 17.

Easy way to see the bands and Canadian carrier compatibility here: https://www.kimovil.com/en/where-to-buy ... i-9-global
Thanks for linking a great resource. So in that case it should be better to buy the Global ROM as they have the global rom installed and an extra Band 17 that is used for Fido and rogers/
