[Aliexpress] Gaga sale. Some items 50-90% off

http://gaga.aliexpress.com/

AliExpress has a promotional sale going on right now.

There will be 4 new deals every hour, with one deal being super hot! (For example, three crappy items and then a Samsung Galaxy S3 for $99!)

However, the hot deals updated every hour have very limited quantities. (Only 5 for the phones, I think)

Previous post (But it's in the expired deals): http://forums.redflagdeals.com/aliexpre ... s-1218125/

Upcoming deals:
Samsung Galaxy Note $99 (Starting 4Pm EST and 6PM EST)
Sony Xperia Ion $99 (Starting 5PM EST)
HTC One X $99 (Starting 10PM EST, Dual core version on sale 1PM EST)
Samsung Galaxy S3 $99 (Starting 2PM EST)

They had another sale like this in August, there were Galaxy S2/S3, HTC One X for $99, I snagged myself an S2 for $100 but wasn't fast enough for the S3

EDIT: The S2 didn't work on virgin mobile but worked on Rogers, so I tried flipping it but just as I was about to give it to the guy I dropped it and broke it :(

lol, good luck with this. Decided to wait for the Canon camera to go live, as soon as I pushed add to cart I got a sold out message. You might get lucky, but I wouldn't wait around for this stuff.

I bought a 4 cent watch before from AliExpress and they're legit. Just takes time to receive it.

Are the phones factory unlocked or?

I tried for the Nikon earlier but got screwed because I didn't read the screen that says "choose your colour"... There is only black to choose from but you actually had to select the colour before you could secure the purchase. There's so much competition it would be tough to get one anyways but that was my big failure. A few things coming up that I will try for again if I'm at my computer

its a kind of lottery....who knows if they really sell those 5 units....maybe not. Nobody would know. But you a have bunch of naive people just waiting and clicking......
I personally don't think it is a good business or marketing practice. They should just create a contest (a la TD rewards),. and give (or sell at low prices) the stuff to winner and then publish the names of those people.
anyway, my own two cents on this.

Aliexpress is legit ..... but I guess it depends on the seller .....also, they hold your funds in "escrow" until you receive your item(s) so no worries there
