This heatsink DID fit on my Neo2 Plat with MSI's stock backplate. Won't fit on my incoming DFI board, and I picked up a XP-120. If anyone wants, I have the complete Zalman mounting kit including backplate available for free...you just pay shipping. I didn't need any of it for my mobo.
