All season Tire recommendations for Honda civic 2013 195/65/R15 89H

Hi guys.!
I am new to Canada and live in GTA..
I got my used Honda civic 2013 sedan with Chinese winter tires on them in Oct last year. Now am looking for good all seasons.
My car has already 142k on Odo and that makes me think do I really need tires with 120k warranties?!
Besides I am on a budget anyways.

My winter tires worn out unusually fast about (15k kms) and I am having a feeling that I need alignment as well since I have no trace of when it was last done before I got the car.

Looking forward for recommendations on good tires and a place for alignment in and around Brampton.

P.S I read quite a few threads here and know I can shop Current deals at Costco/Kal and or order online from Quattro.

Considering Costco is offering free installation on BF Goodrich and Michelin, i am getting
BFG advantage T/A S 195/65R15 91T around 475 minus 70 cash card = 400

And
Pirelli P4 four season plus 91T around same price. Minus 80 cash card = 390

Continental pure contact 91H around 420 from quottro plus installation would make it 480.

Am not sure whether it's possible to get branded ones below this price point all in.

Kal Tire in Brampton does alignements, but I found that their tire prices are pretty high.

Check out Bramalea Tire, I got an excellent deal on Michelin Defender T+H from them last year.

Alignment is only $100 at the Honda dealer.

CT Oakville Kerr St is clearing out Continental TrueContact at $80 a tire (item 005-2305-4 )

If you go there today, CT has a $30 promo card off $150 . Buy 2 tires at a time and get 2 x $30 cards

$320 + $100 mount/bal + hst - $60 = $414 all in

The only catch is you have to spend the promo cards Mar 22- Mar31 at CT

Does your Costco deal include HST?

That's interesting. Costco doesn't include HST. Sounds a good deal with the catch that I have to go today itself and that cashback cards have fixed validity

I have put the True Contact on a couple of vehicles (Nissan Versa and Nissan Sentra) and both owners were happy about the ride quality as well as the snow traction (they both live in the Kawarthas).

Here is a review from Tire Rack of how this tire compares to the Michelin Defender T+H: https://bit.ly/2Ft37wr
