This may seem like a random question but has anyone run into the situation where their account has "disappeared?" When I login, I receive this error: Invalid Customer, active customer not on file
Did you call them? Maybe they closed your accounts?

Update: My account was flagged as being inactive. Their definition of an inactive account is 6 months without any transactions. The odd part is that I've had transactions in the last 6 months. Unfortunately, the CSR couldn't find a reason why this happened.

Most banks is 1 year...

I just wonder why banks do not contact owner ?

May be banks try to encourage people moving their money out every 6 months.

Anyone know the maximum daily withdrawal on the eChquing account?
I think it is transaction limit 50K
7 day limit 100K
30 day limit 250K
This is for HISA so not sure if it is the same for eChequing

That's how it works at CU's. I know AB is a "bank", but they have CU roots.

Actually, that change doesn't reflect well. Tangerine is still the leader for direct deposit. Same day available unlike every other bank (the next day - even next business day)

Isn't this change for Bill Payments, Property Tax Payments, Mortgage Payments, etc. that are coming automatically out of the account?
