Way to go on the comment. Clearly said by a true ignorant welfare recipient.

Go buy yourself some made in China garbage.

Wow why are you so butt hurt over an observation? Kanuk is clearly geared for older folks. They were the rage among quebecers back in the late '90s and early 2000's. Even with the young folks. Now, not so much as most quebec kids are sporting CG's and PJ's.

There's no added value to the "not on welfare". It's not about the brand.

I will be spending winter in Arctic and was wondering if there is a sale for the OSC parka either 3XL or 4XL at reasonable price.

Also what do you guys think of Quartz Nature Parka - Inuit. I like their style but can it keep a person warm in temp that goes up to -40. I had to walk for at least 15 minutes to work or pick up groceris.

Thanks

Yeah that's a horrible name for a brand. Today I was at the Bay asking the associate "Do you carry Moose Knuckles" and he was like "What!". It was so awkward and I didn't think about what I just said until I realize what I just said. Lol. I had to explain back that I'm looking for winter jackets.
bluewaker wrote: Sigh..it's a shame they named themselves moose knuckles. They hire a slightly older guy to model the jacket and the logo is clearly an innuendo. >_>'' In addition the name is MOOSE KNUCKLES. Pretty gross...almost as bad as buying a brand called cameltoe.

Their in-house parka brand, Company of Adventurers, is designed by Moose Knuckles... They should probably educate these guys a bit better!

Since we've Necromanced this old thread, I thought I'd throw down some of the cheaper men's options I've found and tried on:

http://www.gapcanada.ca/browse/product. ... =718132023 Fairly warm, decent fit
http://www.gapcanada.ca/browse/product. ... =107883013 Fairly warm, boxier fit, weird laces on chest
http://www.thebay.com/webapp/wcs/stores ... 027601--24 Very warm, Canadian fur, made in China, good fit
http://www.thebay.com/webapp/wcs/stores ... 027662--24 Very warm, Canadian fur, made in China, boxier fit but much better than The Gap
http://www.sears.ca/product/alpinetek-d ... -AT70-1448 Feels very warm, boxy fit, toggles will probably become very annoying to do up
http://www.sears.ca/product/alpinetek-d ... -AT70-1447 Feels very warm, boxy fit, logo on arm is similar to other CG knock-offs if you're worried about the shaming

I haven't read through the whole thread, but am wondering about Arctic Bay Jackets. Thoughts, opinions etc.... I have 2, a long Red one and a Black mid thigh length. They run small and I'm trying to sell my long Red one, BNWT for 600$ am I asking to much? They are 1200$ on the website.
