AM2 Socket Availability
Does anyone know when the AM2-based mobos and CPUs are due on the market?
I got news of some good tax-return money coming my way this year, and thus this provides an excuse to use the good old VISA meanwhile to upgrade the PC.
I'm rather unhappy with my current setup. It performs well in gaming, but not "excellent" like some AMD setups might. The video card needs to be upgraded, I know. But also the Smithfield processor isn't helping.
When are AM2 mobos and CPUs out?_______________
