These are a fantastic deal. If only this happened back in December when I bought 5 of these around the house to use with Home Assistant w/ a z-wave stick. They work great and turn on and off instantly through Home Assistant

Ha, I appreciate it Andrew!

Any consolation, everyone on our team EXCEPT the brains behind the firmware uses ST -- Our CTO uses Hubitat and swears by it!
Thanks Eric. Hubitat's shipping doesn't includes import duties to Canada so it likely was going to cost around $200 CAD vs. $90 for ST. Maybe you can partner when your Canadian office opens.....

Do you have a wiring diagram for a 4-way setup with a real 4-way switch? The 3-way was quite simple.

Thanks!

Thanks! I bought a bunch of Homeseer switches for 50 each. Don't need scene so these are better. (faster since it doesn't wait for double tap) And I can get twice as much. Will return the Homeseer ones

lol. I actually canceled my order. I thought I was buying on/off switches. And the ones I wanted were 29 but only could order 6. So didn't bother with them since I couldn't get enough and not sure if these would be sold again. New house... so want to make sure everything matches. :)

Shit, I think I pulled the trigger too soon.
I thought these also worked as on/off switches with a dimming option.

Hey -- you can turn them into a switch that gives the on/off effect by changing the parameters (if you have a HUB that allows it -- ie: ST, Hubitat, HomeSeer, etc), but you'll still need a dimmable bulb. In other words, the switches ramp rate can be changed to mimic an on/off bulb.

Hope this helps!

lol. It was a good price!

So when you come out with the new design... if you want to sell lots get the product into everyones homes. You now know the price point :)

PS. Would be nice if you guys had an ELV dimmer also.

$24 or lower is the magic number, same effect with the TP-link ones as once they hit that price they sell tons.

The point is moot since it is OOS, but they do act as ON/OFF as well. I have a couple installed. One switch has a couple of dimmable LEDs attached to it, while the other one has a non dimmable bulb attached. Works fine in both setups. And unrelated, but what is even crazier is that I accidentally dimmed the switch which is connected to a non-dimmable LED bulb, and guess what, the bulb dimmed..lol.. It left me wondering if the non-dimmable LEDs sold at Costco can actually be dimmed to some extent.

X2 ... RFDer's are a different breed of consumer ... either you will love us or hate us.
I'd rather be outdoors camping, kayaking, and mountain biking ...
