OP, description says SRS, ABS only for Buick , Cadilac, Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Lexus, Lincoln, Mazda, Mercury, Opel, Toyota. So it's pretty limited.

OBDLink MX is the best out there.

For $116 vs $35 for the one in the OP. What makes it 3X better (honest question)?

Good question.
I should have looked up the one in the OP in more detail, but will provide details on the OBDLink MX.
The MX has both HS/MS canbus, which allows for module programming.
As an example with my Ford, with the current software Forscan (updated regularly), I am able to gain similar access as IDS programming that Ford Techs have and can enable and disable various features and options.
