They sell 8-packs of these for $4 at Dollarama. Probably the best pen value out there.
Those are 0.7 mm which are thick and sometimes their ink doesn't flow.

I'm tempted to try the ones op linked and see if they're better. My daily driver is currently ultra fine pilot g2 that I pay Amazon $1.25 per refill.
This space is intentionally left blank.

I bought a whole bunch of Jetstreams and G2s while in Japan and oddly enough I still prefer the Dollarama 207s. I do prefer my pens to write thicker though.

Price dropped further. $17.50 now or as low as $14.87 with S&S.

I attached the best deal I have ever gotten when it comes to these signo pens which I love (medium point).
It was from amazon.com, even with shipping to a US address and reshipping to my Canadian address it was a hell of a deal. (Came out to about $60 CAD total including the cross-border shipping for 7 packs of 12).

they're actually excellent for science and engineering. the tips are 0.38mm so lines are quite fine.
I love the 0.38mm tips they are such a joy to write with OTOH I hate gel ink because it runs and ruins the whole point of the thin tip for me...

Anyone see 0.38mm ordinary tip (ball pen I guess?) around here for sale? The only place I've been able to find them is on the ground after Asian international students drop them. I've never actually been able to find any for sale...

So that's why I see some older gents follow young asian students lol

Great pens ... I stocked up with the 6 pack for $4 from Dollarama earlier this year, but haven't seen them there since.
Has anyone seen them in their Dollarama lately?

I find that North American stationery products get wider and wider (upwards of 1.0mm) while other countries, especially East Asia, gets finer and finer (I've seen and used down to 0.25mm), like the Pentel Slicci or the Pilot High-Tec C. Maybe it's just a difference of writing styles. East Asian writing is a bit more intricate i guess.
I have to admit that I prefer finer tips for my pens/pencils. Where is the cheapest place to get the Pentel Slicci or Pilo High-Tec C in 0.25mm tips?

These pens are great for the price event at the regular price. At the current sale price of $18.52 they are already 41% off. Subscribe and save to bring the price down to $15.74. For another 2% off, don't forget your favorite cashback site.
Thanks OP for the post. If I go with the Subscribe and Save pricing, can I still cancel immediately after my purchase to get the lower price or I have to actually commit to a subscription to get that price?

Anyone tried the Pilot FriXion erasable?
I have. Er... According to the "legal" on the packages, your erased stuff has a chance to come back if the temperature drops. The ink isn't erased, just rendered invisible by friction. I stopped using them in case i leave my notebook in my car in the winter and everything comes back.

Sad to say, but I've only had luck finding them on eBay. Depending where you are, you might try Asian stores like Smart Maple or One's, but the best i could find were 0.5mm Juice.

Having said that, Muji opened up a couple of stores in Canada and they carry 0.25mm pens. Omg. The cashier probably thought i was insane to check out $80 worth of pens.
