[Amazon Canada] Anker charger and cables on sale

Was shopping a bunch of new chargers and type C cables that could power up my new laptop. Kinda worried about rando USB C chargers / power adapters with a laptop and Anker's pretty amazing at replacing anything that breaks. Looks like they're having a sale on their cables/chargers right now:

Anker USB C Car Charger, PowerDrive Speed+2 PD (Black Only) - 45.99>33.99, lowest on Keepa - https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B071WYF9HP
3 pack - USB C - USB3 data + Charge cables - 29.99 > 18.69, lowest on Keepa - https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01HF0YGCK
6 port home USB charger - $33.99, lowest on Keepa - https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00P933OJC

Apple is dead to me since removing the headphone jack but lightning is on sale too. Keepa only goes back to Nov for me, but it's the best price since then:
Lightning cable 10ft - $17.84 https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B013JT0GMK
Braided lightning cable 6ft, comes with a nice pouch - $20.39 https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0177NZ59S

Also found a good deal on their speaker, $80 > $45 after Amazon coupon which is by far the lowest on Keepa. 4.3 stars over 774 reviews so it has to be decent: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0107WH8Q4

FWIW I always had issues with Android Auto either not working at all or random disconnects with many cables in my car. I ordered the Anker USB C cable a couple of months ago and have never looked back, connects every time and solid connection. Very happy with Anker.

I just bought the Amazon Basic USB-C cables for in the car and they are garbage, very thin and constant disconnects or even no connection at all with some. Still 8$ a pop..

Same. My 2016 Civic with Android Auto was so unreliable with cheap cables. Disconnected if I hit even a bump or moved my phone, with an Anker cable I have not had a single disconnection yet and it has been an excellent purchase.

How is the support from Anker? Has anyone used them for long? How are they working after a period of time?

I'm new to USB c. Just got Huawei p20 pro. Will this car charger and cable suffice? Thanks!

Can anyone recommend a USBC to USBC car to go with this car charger for my phone? Should I get USBC 2 or 3.1? Which is compatible? Thanms!

Is there a huge difference between regular and braided cables. Looking at the USB c ones but just curious if people find the braided ones much better qual.

My Anker chargers were pure garbage for both android and apple. They stopped fitting well first (android) then they stopped charging. I left a terrible review and threw them in the bin

**edit, had I been aware of the ability to get them replaced under warranty I likely would not have bothered. we got 2 packs of 3 and all 6 of them were junk**

That's strange. I use AmazonBasics USB-C cables everywhere and they work fine. They are thin but they are properly designed and conform to the latest standards. And they are Google's Benson approved.
Also, USB-C is a broad definition. If you need USB3 speeds, there are different USB-C cables for that, thicker. The same socket, different cable. Look them up.
I'd say return yours, they are Amazon's product.
