Amazon.ca can't process delivery

I have ordered from amazon a ton of times to my address and today I am getting this error. Anyone else?

Contact them through support chat and ask them to resolve it.

Prepare for agonizing bot-like responses like, "Hello lehmanr, thank you for contacting us. I understand you have ordered from Amazon a ton of times to your address and today you are getting an error. Is this correct?"

Which step on the checkout process does this appear?

Are you getting this error when adding a shipping address or after trying to submit an order on the final checkout page?

When adding my saved shipping address.

I have even tried to select a local post office for pick up, same error.

Well Amazon rep seems to think it was caused by me being in a remote area which I'm not. Then they proceeded to tell me my entire cart was not able to ship within Canada, which was very incorrect. I hung up from frustration.
It turned out to be one item causing the issue https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00002 ... EEQB&psc=1

Can I ask someone from RFD to add it to their cart and see if they are able to proceed to checkout and add their shipping address please.

I had no problems with it. I live in Scarborough if that helps.

Occasionally there are some glitches on the system to deliver to certain address for certain items. I have encountered this problem few times. Basically the item cannot be delivered to my address and I'm living in downtown Toronto. You can try to create a new account and/or try to ship to other address and see if it works. If the item simply cannot deliver to downtown area, basically the item cannot be delivered to anywhere in Canada. Chat with CSR in this case. However, last time it took them 3 months to fix this problem. No idea why it took so long to fix this simple problem.

By the way, I just try to check out the item, it tells me that "An error occurred when we tried to set your shipping address. Please try again.", so you need to contact CSR and ask them to escalate the problem to appropriate team.
