FYI....you can use MAPBESTDEALS several times....I just placed 4 separate orders and every time it automatically applied the "MAPBESTDEALS" coupon. The first time I used the coupon, i have to manually type in the coupon, but every order thereafter, it automatically applied the coupon.
As for the other amazon.ca coupon, you only can use it once per amazon.ca account.
Anywayz, Saturday evening bump!!!

Interesting. This is not working for me though. I think Amazon sometimes has glitches in their system. Before Christmas, every order I placed was getting an automatic $5 discount too, and then it stopped shortly afterwards. I have used the MAPBESTDEALS coupon, and I am not getting any such automatic discount. I know what you're talking about though, as I had it happen to me months ago.
If someone could isolate this and figure out how it works, it could save everyone a lot of money, until Amazon notices it and fixes it, at least.

Yeah, i know about the glitches and they are good in honouring them as well...
I remember back in November/December, I bought lots of video games and video game accessories, and there was no tax whatsoever. It was sweet. 15% off and a $5 coupon made it a good deal. The "no tax" fiasco on the video game department was truly a glitch cuz it was not advertised anywhere else and the next day, they fixed the glitch (but not before i placed several orders). This was only occuring in the video games department. All other departments still had their usual gst/pst added on.

Yeah, I got in on the no tax thing for videogames. Ordered Viewtiful Joe.
It seemed to last a long time, at least a couple of weeks. The thing was, it didn't work all the time. Sometimes you would go to buy a game and tax was added on, then when you restarted your browser and tried to order the same thing, tax was gone. It seemed very random and hit or miss. Other RFDers were reporting that sometimes it worked, other times it didn't.
I haven't tried to order a game in a few months, so I have no idea if that 'No tax' glitch still haunts them. I'd imagine it no longer works.

The "no tax" glitch has been fixed...

Cool, enjoy it while it lasts. When it happened to me in December, it lasted a few weeks.
Come on Amazon, post some more promo coupons already! I'm all out!

Thanks so much for posting this! Does anyone have any suggestions as to small items worth $1-$6?
EDIT: Or, does anyone know if it's possible to use these coupons to buy gift cards?

I just received a coupon with my Amazon.ca order. You can get a $25 Amazon.ca gift certificate when you activate a new wireless account with Telus Mobility.
If someone wants to use this coupon, i'll give it to the first person to PM me, because I don't plan to use it.
Details: Offer valid on new Telus Mobility activations only, with phones purchased online at telusmobility.com
Expires: May 31st, 2004

I really wouldn't know, I never use that site. I'd imagine there are.
