[Amazon Canada] Chicken and Sausage Gumbo chunky soup: $1.00 Amazon

Still good deal. Soup tastes good (ymmv)

Apparently, it's the worst sausage one reviewer had.

well that worked out in my favor. Ordered via subscribe and save. Asked for them to not use my promotional credit during checkout, it used it. Contacted customer service and informed them of the issue. Got a $5 credit back. But they kept the discount given during checkout so 6 cans of soup cost me a whopping $0.70

Good price - or at least it would have been back when these Campbell's Chunky soups were actually good. I liked the sausage gumbo variety until they changed the formula last year to make it watery crap. Shame on Campbell's, yet another decent food product ruined in the ongoing process of trying to squeeze out the last cent of profit.

How does the price work for Subscribe and Save? They just charge you the current retail price of the item at the time they ship it? So, if it were $10 a can next month, they'd charge me $10 instead of the $1 or so that it is today?

The price is guaranteed for this delivery. Subsequent deliveries will be at the listed price at that time. So if the soup went to $10 bucks, that's what you'll pay for the next month. You can always just cancel it after the product arrives without any penalties.

The price is guaranteed for this delivery ONLY IF you don't adjust the setting of the S&S before the delivery. Modification on the S&S setting may cause an update on the S&S order which may trigger a price change on the first shipment
