I would if the actual box of the router table was damaged, but it was in mint condition.
I'd still complain and say you're worried about how the interior may end up being when you assemble it given the outer box damage. It's obviously been abused on the way to you. (I mean it's well packed so it's for sure fine but still they shouldn't be shipping like this.)

Careful with the internets, quite often you'll see the blind leading the blind...always read the comments and watch bunch of videos from different channels.
Don't trust another DIYer without knowing their history, better find a channel with an experienced carpenter/woodworker lol

Back then information wasn't as accessible, you'll find them in somewhat outdated books but at least it's reviewed before being published, now just about anyone can post a howto video and there are way too much (mis)information out there.

True, but you can watch pretty much anybody using one of the things just to figure out what kinds of things you can do with it. Whether or not they're doing it correctly or not who knows. I remember when I had to cut some pavers with a small angle grinder I found videos of people doing it bare handed without eye protection or masks, holding the paver they're cutting with their foot. Common sense prevails as always.

Mine is out for delivery finally. It's coming from Brampton to Toronto by Purolator. One would hope it could make that trip in relatively one piece, assuming it left their warehouse looking fine.

Edit: Arrived. No outer box and one side of the box was opened but otherwise in fairly good condition. Thankfully the way they packed it inside made it almost impossible for anything to come out even though the side of the box was opened and a very quick check of the MDF panels and the plastic bits everything looks in fine shape.

But it's an absolute garbage shape. What do you do to get replacement...?

Same here, my plan worked :) even though I wouldn't have mind getting the spades
The email did say that since it had a promo, that I no longer quality but I don't think Amazon will charge me back that $30...

After I ordered the table and spade bits, I came across this set which I would have preferred. Great price and I actually needed the 1 1/8" and 1 1/4" ones and ended up buying them individually at $6.99 each at HD a couple weeks ago.

Damn these things are aggressive. Great for construction, a bit much for woodworking.

Could someone tell me which fastener (Screws) and hole pattern they used they used to mount the maximum Canadian tire router?
