Like hot sauce it takes a LONG time to go bad, like a year or two. Best kept in the fridge but can be kept in a cool dry cupboard.

It will need to be stirred like natural peanut butter it separates.

I feel like this will require its own shelf in the fridge lol.

I beg to differ. My sketchy father would leave opened mustard in a non air conditioned pantry at our cottage and it would take years to go through one. Never any change in texture or taste.

Shoot, why not.

This is even cheaper than when the Costco 830ml 2 pack squeeze bottles go on sale for like $4.99.

Thanks OP, I think ;)

Since this only ships in a month or two...

Ordered now, and I'll think about cancelling my order if I change my mind, but boy oh boy is this a lot of mustard!

At least the one's from Costco have a squeeze top, whereas you have to spoon this mustard out from this monstrosity?
