[Amazon Canada] G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 - $86.99 [Historical Low]

This is a historical low price (at least when sold by Amazon) for this kit of G.Skill 16GB DDR4 RAM (2 x 8GB). Great price for those looking to bump up to 32GB, especially if you have this kit already and want a matching set.

Stand down, folks.
Hey, nothing wrong with 2400mhz especially for older and/or non-Ryzen systems!

I'm currently running this exact kit along with my 6700K and GTX 1080.

Time to justify another purchase so you can to get up to 32GB! :)

I got in on the ram price error a couple weeks ago. If they ship, I might just sell the Ripjaws and use 32GB of the Sniper X ram

Side note: RAM prices have been really messed up over the last few years. This is the first time it's been lower than what I bought this same set for in 2016 ($89.99)

Hey cool. What RAM price error? 32GB gives some good breathing room. You will enjoy it.

It's 2400MHz, CL15. It's also 1.2V
Bump it up to 1.35 V and should be easy to overclock it to 3000-3200 range

I sat on the fence forever as Win 10 always showed I never go used over 12GB (when I had 16GB). Went to 32GB and now see Win 10 frequently saying I am using 18GB+. Mind you, I edit HD and 4K video and large raw photos. Sometimes running a game at the same time lol.

Really now? This post makes me want to try it. What is the real world benefit of faster RAM?
