For a retail price of $46 they better not only tweeze fish bones and eyebrows, but I’ll be expecting them to help me with Ishikawa diagrams too.

I don't remember the last time I had to de-bone fish but I have this weird urge to buy this for some reason.

I have both smooth and grip jaw.

The grip jaw tends to cut the bone leaving it in place, whereas the smooth jaw just grasps it so you can gently draw it out.

I use these on salmon or trout fillets.
