The PS3 one is PC compatible (according to this review and this link). I'm sure you can google up something for the EX2 as well.

The problem with buying cheap sticks is that it will be very difficult to pull off moves. It'll get aggravating and soon you will wonder what the fuss is with arcade sticks and completely swear them off. Don't let this happen to you! Save your money and buy a MadCatz arcade stick or get a Hori Real Arcade Pro.

It is true. My friend has this stick, sometimes the joystick will get stuck in a position mid match and you have to shake it loose. Enjoy that.

I recommend people find something to tack on with it.

I'm still debating because the price is good and I'm just looking for something to use over my controller (don't want to kill the controller).

I have the Soul Caliber version of this stick, bought it for SFIV when it came out. I really enjoy it, I can pull off moves with ease. $40 is a great price.
