Last lowest price was $105. Amazing price for a extremely good rice cooker, pressure cooker, slow cooker. I use this daily in place of my Zojirushi NP-HBC10 rice cooker.

That's a good price I think I paid 99 for mine.. Well worth the price use it as a pressure cooker and its amazing the other features aren't bad either!

This only does 11.6 PSI at highest pressure setting, as opposed to stove-top "double setting" pressure cookers like Fagor Duo that do up to 15 psi. Any comment on the practical implications of this from owners?

Obviously this is a non-issue for delicate items, but the things that take longer to cook, i.e. beans and grans, would cook quite a bit slower, no?
