After looking at the coupon it excludes the professional care series so would not be applicable for this purchase.

I stand corrected. I misunderstood the details of the coupon.

While I have a Philips sonicare from 3-4 years ago, not sure if it is worth investing in the Oral-B Pro series.

we upgraded from the 2000 to this 5000 about a month or so ago and its great. Although it takes 2 days to fully charge and battery lasts about 5-7 days still not bad and if u just leave it plugged in then it dont matter about charge time.

I have the older triumph professional 9000 and they look almost the same. Not sure if this is much of an improvement.

Can't beat German engineering and manufacturing..
I've had one of their earlier models for over 10 years and it still runs like new! :D

+1

Would rather buy 2 of a slightly older model from Costco. They go on sale at Costco a couple times a year.
