Don't you typically want these with bioperene in it (basically black peppper) since it helps with absorption?
In any case, I love turmeric. I usually buy the powder and toss it in the water when I make rice.

Thanks, here's an excerpt :

It has a poor oral bioavailability (a low percentage of what you consume is absorbed) and thus should be enhanced with other agents such as black pepper extract, called piperine. This is unless you want the curcumin in your colon (as it is a colon anti-inflammatory and can help with digestion), in which case you wouldn't pair it with an enhancement.

That's actually a myth, piperine does nothing to enhance absorption.

Do not buy this if you are interested in curcumin. Unless you take it in extracts with very, very enhanced bioavailability, you are wasting your time.

I recommend Curamed, look it up. I took it for three years.
