$186 for an Amazon Warehouse version...

There's bound to be haters, but either the new or the pre-opened are great price-performance deals.

The 1660 Ti is rumored to be roughly the speed of the 1070, which is about 40% faster than the RX 580. It's also bound to cost roughly $400 Canuck Bucks. That's twice the price for 40% more performance than this.

They cannot price 1660Ti at $400 considering the 2060 was available for $460 at launch. Maybe the heavily factory overclocked ones will be $400 but at that point I would just buy a 2060 which is ~20% faster for $60 more and comes with a free game. There will be models at the MSRP of $279USD which is $370CAD or less if there's any deals/cashback/coupons.

The RTX 2060 is barely 40-50% faster than this and the 1660 Ti is supposed to be cut down quite a bit from that in CUDA cores and the lack of RT and tensor cores may bring down the price a bit. My guess would be closer to 30% more performance for $350 or so.

I have Prime and saw this too: I just picked up the LG 32GK650F deal for $384 and am currently on a 7870 needing the upgrade to make use of Freesync.

But this is definitely the lowest price for an RX 580 - even the (now sold out) MemoryExpress deal for a 580/8GB was $269 after $30MIR.

The 580/4GB won't have as much resale value as the 8GB counterpart but reselling a 580, especially one not part of a mining rig, should still get a good chunk of money back if one decides to flip it.

*EDIT

They also have the Gigabyte RX 580/8GB for $269 - the same as MemoryExpress after the rebate:

https://www.amazon.ca/Gigabyte-Radeon-G ... ay&sr=8-26

Still $199 vs. $269 is $70 for 4GB memory. I don't think one could recover the full $70 on a resell, so the 580/4 is financial damage control.

In terms of performance per dollar, probably. That isn't everything.

$279 USD is correct. For me to say that won't become roughly $400 CAD is hardly unlikely. Maybe some will be $370-380, but they have that nasty habit of rounding up.

Do note too that Amazon Canada is listed as a qualifying retailer for the two free games and these cards are part of that.
The 2 game bundle from amazon.ca has been over for a least a month now. If you don't see the Raise the Game promo on the product page, you won't get it. It is the same with RTX cards. You won't get BFV and Anthem if you purchase from Amazon.ca. You will however get it if you purchase from US Amazon. Confirmed this with chat support.

I'm running on a 1050Ti right now and was thinking of getting a 1060 6gb. Is the RX580 4gb a better option?

Really?

I'm chatting online with support now and will post the transcript when finished.

*EDIT Amazon confirmed to me they are still honoring the promotion:

Me: Hello,
I am a Prime member and there is a product promo found here:
https://www.amazon.ca/s/browse?node=174...(See full link)
And lists qualifying cards underneath, one of which is:
https://www.amazon.ca/Sapphire-11265-07...(See full link)
Are you able to confirm Amazon is still participating in this promo as per the AMD website:
https://www.amd.com/en/where-to-buy/rai...(See full link)
wherein it lists Amazon as a qualifying retailer?
Thank you!

You are now connected to Bobby from Amazon.ca

Bobby: Hello ***, my name is Bobby. How are you?
Me: I am well Bobby thank you, hope you are well as well.

Bobby: I'm doing good, ***. I understand your concern. Let me go ahead and check this for you to see what I can to help.
This will take a few moments to research. I'll be back with you shortly.
Me: No problem - I appreciate your time and concern!

Bobby: Thank you for waiting, ***.
There is promo coupon with this graphics card.
Once you order and receive the package, the code will be sent to you via email within 24 hours.

Me: Great - so upon ordering and receiving the card, the promo coupon will be emailed within 24 hours? This you can confirm?
Bobby: Yes.

Me: Thank you Bobby - that's great.

Wondering the same. I have a GTX 1060 3Gb. Is it worth it to upgrade to RX580 4gb?

Check the top review on the product page. The guy purchased it in December and didn't receive the game codes.
"The only issue is a redeemable AMD card for the free games advertised was not included. This is Amazon's fault not Sapphire's. Great card."

Check the US page and it clearly lists it under "Special offers and product promotions":
https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-11265-0 ... B06ZZGXTTK

Try to checkout in the US page and you will also see the promotion in the final checkout page. This is all not present on amazon.ca.

Same thing with RTX cards:
https://www.amazon.ca/Gaming-GeForce-25 ... B07GG9L5X1
https://www.amazon.com/Gaming-GeForce-2 ... B07GG9L5X1

The special offer used to be listed on amazon.ca during black friday. I believe they ran out and thus it has been removed. With RTX cards, I don't think they ever had it. You can probably complain if you don't receive the game codes since support told you the games are included.
