I highly suggest waiting for the 2TB to go on sale, as opposed to the 1TB. You might not think you need the room, but after recording video for montages, etc, and screenshots and 75GB games, it will fill up pretty fast.

This is a great video showing the Firecuda and some other drives and the difference it makes.

I put a 2TB in my PS4 Pro the day I got it, and it loads up so much faster.

Example: Destiny 2, with a 3 man fireteam, I will load up a full 10-15 seconds before my buddy with a normal PS4 and normal HDD.

In game terms: Pyramidion Nightfall, I will be shooting ads in the pit while he is still spawning in.

I have been considering switch out my old laptop hard drive which the 500GB keep running out of space. Investing a 1TB SSD is too steep for this 7yrs old workhorse. Would this hybrid disk good for my use? I'm consistently using 'Hibernate' function while switching working location; would the SSD portion helps loading up fasting each time?
