What's the life of these usually? I have one from Target maybe 5 years that's super strong but has rusted pretty much all over the shelving.. looking to replace.
RFD is the reason I live in poverty.

I think the one at Costco is about $70. It looks just as good as this, and has worked very well for me.

The one in-store here in Vancouver is/was different than the one online.

I'm more about the $30 variety of shower caddy. Terrible instructions, but after 6 months it's held up very well.

i bought one from winners for $35 too, still going strong, and it looks nice. not sure who is paying $120+ for a shower caddy
Got that Zoomer account!

I'm not sure about this exact product, but the Artika variant at Costco is total trash. The baskets end up sliding down the pole the second you put any kind of weight on them
This 100%

I did a red green type job on it with some high quality duct tape on each shelf to fix this problem and it has been great since. It took a lot of tape and I did it in a way that you can barely tell or see it since the colour is identical.

Odd, I've had this exactly one for about 8 years now without any issues except that it broke off some clips when it fell over when it was out of the tub for cleaning.

I called simple human well out of the warranty period (obviously) and they sent me whatever I needed (3x new clips) free of charge.

I couldn't be happier with this unit to be honest. It's very well made.
Can you provide me the email where you sent your request or the mailing address. Address did they ask for proof of purchase?
