I've had the Snap-On version for 25 yrs, ratcheting screwdrivers are SO worth it. From Snap-On, they're a helluva lot more than $10 too let me tell you. If this works the way it should, fantastic value.

Yes, it allows you to tighten a screw without loosening your grip or lifting off the screw.

FYI these type of bit holder is a pain in the ass, they get in the way and loosen quickly so bits fall out or it slides down the shaft.

Better to wait for Mastercraft on sale, the type with bits in the handle.
