I Installed mine in a condo and it is no different than a house. The biggest issue is getting a power outlet near the toilet. After that, it's no different than changing a toilet seat and hooking it up to your water line between the tap (at the wall) and the toilet itself. I'm no handyman at all and installed it myself easily in a few mins
Did you extend the cable from the outlet near the sink or install a new one?

During the winter time, you get to sit on a heated seat, and have a warm spray set exactly at the temperature and pressure you want, massage your butt gently with the oscillating mode. Nothing beats it. I can't go back to cold water, especially during the winter time.

Lysol wipes and other harsh chemicals actually harden the anti-microbial plastic over time, making it more brittle and prone to cracking. For my bidet, the instructions suggested using mild neutral soap and water. But I guess if your bidet doesn't have anti-microbial plastic, then it's fine?

A couple questions:

1. Does this bidet have an enema function?

2. Is the blow dry function adequate to dry you completely?

From all the reviews I read about Brondell and Biobidet, it seemed that all the models that have an enema function also have very weak blow dryers that leave your butt wet. And the ones that had the best blow-dry did not have an enema function.

I'd like a bidet that has both: a strong dryer and an enema function.

This is cool.

For those who want a cheaper option, Luxe bidets with hot and cold mix go for about $60. They are add ons that go under the seat but work wonderfully.

No, it doesn't have enema function, but it's dryer is strong. The spray itself is pretty strong because it has an airpump, So it could theoretically do it? I dunno.

There was a post few weeks back on bidet attachment on sale on Amazon and I bought two of these (link)Vevo Bidet from Amazon for $40 each. They have this dual option self cleaning nozzle; i.e. after use, just rotate the knob the other way ( i think left) and it cleans it self (more like a secondary spray nozzle spraying it self). Its super convenient.

i agree $400 bidet seat might be a overkill for the purpose, but i am happy with my $40 purchase. highly recommend. goodluck.

Update: The above amazon link product is for $40, however found this dual nozzle bidet from same seller. its on Sale for $35, but only few peices left. just sharing !! https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B074WH76FC
