I've order from them a few times and haven't been hit with any duties...even with stuff off of ebay, from the uk.
Farscape - The Definitive Collection (Series 1-4) [Blu-ray][Region Free] £42.17, I paid £38.22 (£35.14 without vat + £3.08). Doesn't include the peasekeeper wars but much cheaper than buying locally,

For Avatar 3D, futureshop is selling it for $29.99.....but if you trade in an old DVD you get $10 off this movie, bringing it down to $19.99+tax.
If you don't have a spare DVD lying around, go to Dollarama, and pickup a random movie for $2. You'll still save $8 this way.

Yeah you need to remove VAT. However, VAT removal is about the shipping prices.... check example below.
the best deal for me was this one:
Toy Story 1-3 Box Set [Blu-ray] - all regions (Thanks to chienpourri)

If price is £17.50 (prices vary a lot for this product):
Price: £17.50
Price without VAT tax £14.58
Price without VAT tax and shipping: £17.66
Price in $CAD (approximate): $27.93
Price is for all 3 Toy Story movies, so it's a great price.Last edited by cashinstinct; Nov 12th, 2012 at 12:24 PM.
