So from research, the difference between the 1050 and the 1050TI is 2GB for the 1050 and 4GB for the TI, but looking again at the Costco one says its 4GB... YMMV?caveat_emptor wrote: ↑ The one at amazon has better video card.... it has the 1050TI and the one at costco has 1050

the 1050 laptop variant comes in two memory forms: 1050 2gb, and 1050 4gb. The 1050 4gb isn't meant to be confused with the 1050ti (4gb only)- they are two different animals.smileswithadimple wrote: ↑ So from research, the difference between the 1050 and the 1050TI is 2GB for the 1050 and 4GB for the TI, but looking again at the Costco one says its 4GB... Awesome thanks for learning me something. Is the TI worth the price difference both being 4GB?
TIA

also you might want to search for 6700hq since its almost the same power as the 7700hq and you could get some better deal.
the 970m plus seems to be the same amount of power as the 1050ti. also some laptop have thunderbolt 3 that seems to be the best way to play on laptops in the future to have a external video card attached to the laptop.it makes it more upgradeable.

What do you guys think about this deal? I think its really hot but the problem is I never ordered from them before and I'm worried about duties and other BS charges from ups. Seems shippings $100. Not sure if that includes taxes, customs, and duties or it's just the shipping cost. https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Tra ... ing-Laptop
Price: $1199 + shipping ($100) + Duties/Customs?
Specs: i7 7700HQ
15.6 " IPS 1080p
16 gb of ram
500 gb ssd
gtx 1070
If this deal was in canada, I would have ordered it already. It blows all the other deals outta the water.
