Amazon delivery?

I ordered an item from amazon. Same day delivery to my workplace.

Thus it won’t be delivered via Canadapost.

If they can’t deliver the item what do they do? Or where would they drop off the item they can’t deliver?

Thanks

Reattempt it unless you give instruction on what to do if closed; "leave in mailbox/on reception desk, at door" etc.

Depending on your workplace, it'll be left with the reception or mailroom. If the office is closed or otherwise inaccessible, they'll try the next business day

Well what if it’s not amazon drivers. I have a feeling it’s a courier .

Item tracking starts with TBCxxxxxxxxxx

Actually does say Delivery By AMZCA

Would that indicate courier or amazon driver?

It's a driver contracted by Amazon. It's not Canada Post or anything.

Once they ship the item, you'll get tracking and the courier they're using. Before that there's no way to know for sure. Since your shipment says AMAZCA, that's their own private courier service. If it's undeliverable, they'll reattempt a few times before returning it to Amazon.
