What advantageous differences have users noticed, between the various models 1000, 3000, 7000, 10000, 20000?

How does Oral B compare to the Phillips models?
I prefer Oral-B personally... Phillips Sonicare has a cheaper feel and build to it. Oral-B's rotating heads also seem to clean better. Another big one is Oral-B's refills seem to be WAY cheaper than Sonicare... so Oral-B ends up being cheaper in the long-run.

Thanks for posting.

Personally, I feel the Phillips provide a better cleaning, again that is just how I feel about them, and dont know if they truly are.

You are right about the replacements.

Where does it say the Costco one is a model 3000?

I too would like advice on people's experience on the oral B models. I use the 2000 model myself.

Sorry, just to clarify: the Costco set does NOT qualify for the $20 mail in rebate?

Been using the el cheapoo Vitality for the past year, previously using the weak AA battery model.

The head doesn't rotate giving you the impression that it does. It oscillates.

For those of you who has this model, please check the voltage range printed at the bottom of the base for me? I'll be making a trip to a 220v country shortly....Vitality is restricted to 110v only. Oral B website's unclear.

o daymn..

I need 2.

which one is better? costco one or walmart one?
costco comes with 3 refills but walmart does not come with any refills.
How much is refill when on sale?

also does the $20 rebate apply to walmart? so $50 - $20 ? $30?
and does the rebate apply to costco?

From Amazon Q&A

Question:

Dear, I would like to know what's the input for the charger of the toothbrush. Can I use it in China? Thanks!

Answer:

I've never been to China, but apparently the voltage there is generally 220v. The charger for the toothbrush sold is North America operates only on 120v current, so to use it in China you would need a small transformer/converter to step 220v current down to 120v

I have been using brushpoint that takes 2 AA batteries.
It looses the speed after a week.

Are these any better?
