Amazon Prime Trial

There's one thing I want from amazon for about 20$ but have NOTHING else to qualify it for free shipping.

I know with Prime there's a 30 day trial so if I activate it and then opt out, there isn't some hidden catch, right?

Just wondering if anyone's had a experience with opting in and then out.

No catch, just cancel it in your account settings

No problems. You have the opportunity to mark your setting as "do not renew" or something like that, well in advance. It's pretty seamless.

It's easy to opt out (not hidden catch), but I think you can only do the trial once.
