Just letting everyone know, AE's confirmation email system is down. Sadly I ordered on their surprise birthday promo, and I managed to get the AE order # from the phone rep, just give them your email and address. I don't know if this applies to this new promo, but definitely for the last promo, since it's been almost a week since I made my order.

Worked for me when I go look in my 'Shopping Bag'.
Added 2 hoodies ($39.50 each).
Merchandise: $79.00
Discount: - $19.75
Merchandise after Discount: $59.25
And if you plan on spending more than $100, then it's automatically FREE SHIPPING, so use the 15% Discount Code if you spend over $100.

Oh I noticed that too.
But if you have an AE account, just login with your e-mail & password, and it shows your "ORDER HISTORY" if you want to check on the status / get tracking info.
By the way - this BOGO deal applies IN STORE as well.

Online stores have a lot more selection and get new styles/inventory much quicker than retail stores. They do have superb photoshop skills though, sometimes the clothes I get from a store looks so different from the website, sucks.

Newbie
ugh... was going to place an order... but the duties just killed it for me...
$20 duties on a $120 order...
and why are they charging duties anyways? i don't recall all that may other websites charging duties... and shouldn't the duty be in canadian dollars?
after duties/taxes/CAN/US exchange rates/CC conversion rates... just wasn't worth it...

I believe if you have a gift card in Canadian dollars you can use it to pay for your items that you order. So you save on the exchange rate. I don't know if they still do this, but I have done so about 3 months ago and my order was processed. I have a few hundred on a gift card that I will use when I go to states shopping - that way I don't get hit with the exchange rate!

I just tried that and my $200 gift card was converted to $174.xx, which is still a decent exchange rate.
