American Eagle's Feedback
Are you guys generally satisfied with the service that the Canadian arm of AE is offering? Russel Farrow LMT. is the name. I usually get an order with different colours. Like the last order, I bought some boxers and they shipped them all in one colour. This time around, I ordered some t-shirts and again it happened. It's just a pain to ship it back so I didn't bother. I just wished the would get the damn order correct. I get the feeling they just throw in what ever colour that seems to be in stock.

I've ordered from AE several times and never had a problem with my order until the last one.
I ordered two pairs of jeans which are the correct size on the tag/sticker, but 1 size too large when I tried them on. Unless I gain about 15-20lbs. in a week, I'm going to pay the $15 dollars to return my jeans.

Did you try to call them and explain the problem????
One of the order I placed there was an Item missing. I called and they reimbursed me.
I'm sure that if your packing slip / online order show the colors you chose and THEY made the mistake they will try to fix it...

Lands End is very good for that and always gives back the return postage or sends you a envele t==
I only ordered from Americ and the wwas no problems with that.
Would be nice if u could return the items is-sre-
