I got a different offer for 250am and $5 credit for spending $550. I got a $5 credit from a vendor though and doesn't say "AMEX"?

I registered for the 150AM and $5 offer although I figure that the net gain might only be the 150AM. The $5 would cover the cashback that I would've received anyways using another card. I'm still short by $100 with 2 days to go... maybe buy a gift card?
I can't afford to save that much!

I got the $5 rebate today I think, but it wasn't from AMEX, it was from Rexall, strange. FYI, but I used Paypal towards a purchase, not a bill payment though.

Also, got my $5 credit on line today. From a random vendor that I used for the promotion. Was able to use Paypal payment for one of the vendors. Need to wait for my airmails also.
