Expensive for what you are getting.I took a look at the label and it is basically Dex/malto with creatine and branch chain amino acids.Of course they list it as a proprietary blend so you dont know how much of each you are actually getting.

how is your post on the top? lol
anyways I have already purchased it and opened it. I was in a rush when I bought it. Basically I just asked the GNC rep for what's the best recovery drink, and he pointed to this one.
(I think my setting are screwed up. My original post is at the bottom (top strarter) and then your reply is on the top and this third post is in the middle lol. Is anyone else experiencing this?)

Yeah it is appearing the same for me.
When it is finished I suggest shopping around and putting together some of the ingredients by themsleves. That way you can add the exact amounts you need.

hey While I was at GNC last time I purchased NITRO-Tech Hardcore. When I asked the GNC employee about what was the best protein drink, he point to this one. So I bought it along with the anabolic halo.
I opened the Halo and now can't return it. I haven't opened the Nitro because I want to know how it is. The thing I'm concerned about is weight gain.
On the reviews at supplement critic most of the users weighed around 150-160 so they were happy with the muscle gains. But I weigh around 198 so I'm hoping to weigh around 170-175lb. I'm not going for the big/bulk look. I want to be thing/toned. S
So is this the right product for me to take? I'm on the p90x program and according to it, protein drinks are needed for muscle building, after the wear and tear.
